Who are you buying from?
Season ticket holders. SJSharksTickets is a platform for season ticket holders to post their entire season ticket inventory online allowing the buyer and season ticket holders to work with each other directly. Think of this like Craigslist for season ticket holders, but better.
Pricing and Availability
Pricing of tickets is determined by the season ticket holder. The prices of season tickets can change over the course of the season as the seller see's fit. We do not control season ticket holder's ticket availability. This is all managed and updated by the season ticket holder you are buying from.
Fees
$0. Zip. Zero. None.* Processing fees? Handling fees? Delivery fees? Shafting fees? E-ticket-for-no-reason fees? For what? Buyer fees never make any sense. Especially when the fees sometimes equate to the price of another ticket. When you're buying tickets through SJSharksTickets, it means you get to enjoy purchasing tickets without ever having to worry about paying for any fees. Just the way it should be.
Finale Sale
All sales are final. You are responsible for reading the complete listing before making a commitment to buy tickets. Because every transaction is done directly between the buyer and seller, SJSharksTickets does not have any way to refund, reimburse, exchange, or reverse any transaction. In every transaction, the buyer assumes all risk when purchasing tickets from the season ticket holder.
That being said, we do our best to host only the most courteous and diligent season ticket holders. If you would like to report a ticketing experience, we will be happy to review it and determine whether or not a season ticket holder should be allowed to host their tickets on our site.
Sellers
Seller Agreement
By listing a ticket for sale, you are making a binding offer to sell that ticket to a buyer who purchases the ticket for the final sale price. You can remove or edit any listing before the ticket(s) are sold. You have the right to refuse a sale for any reason.
Ticket Validity
It's up to you to make sure the tickets you list for sale on SJSharksTickets are valid and true. If you deliver incorrect, misrepresented, invalid, fraudulent or counterfeit tickets for any sale, or portion of a sale, your account will be suspended, and/or permanently banned and you will not be refunded the seller fees. Selling stolen tickets on SJSharksTickets is against the rules and violates various laws.
Listing on Multiple Platforms
You may choose to list your tickets for sale on other platforms. If you choose to list your tickets on SJSharksTickets you end up selling your tickets somewhere else, you must un-list them from SJSharksTickets immediately.
No Guarantee
SJSharksTickets does not guarantee that your tickets or related passes will sell. SJSharksTickets will not, for any reason, provide compensation for tickets that do not sell.
